Quality and Satisfaction: If your order arrives flawed, damaged, or not as expected due to a shipping error, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We are dedicated to correcting any issues related to product quality or shipping errors to ensure your satisfaction.
Unopened Products: We accept returns of unopened, unused spices within 30 days of delivery. This policy aligns with our commitment to food safety and sanitary protocols. To initiate a return, please email us, and we will guide you through the process. Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we require items to be returned in like-new condition for a refund.
Non-Food Items: Returns of non-food items are also accepted within 30 days of delivery. Email us for a return label. Items must be returned in like-new condition for a refund.
International Returns: Currently, we are unable to accept returns from international customers due to platform limitations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
